– Laines / Town Centre: £80 -£100 per week
– Bevendean / Mouslecoombe: £68 – £80
There is free parking in Hanover but this could be changing shortly.
Laines and the Centre of Town is Permit Only.
Some of the properties in Mouslecoombe/Bevendean have parking on their drives or free parking outside the front of the house.
Living in the area
Brighton is one of the most popular areas on the South Coast. Brighton is home to two universities and is a great City for students to live and study . Brighton is known for its famous Pier, which attracts a large number of tourists throughout the year who enjoy the rides located at the end of pier. Brighton has a multitude of boutiques, shops, restaurants, pubs and bars which caters for a variety of tastes.
Brighton has an energetic art scene throughout the year but is famously known for The Brighton Festival in May, which attracts people from across the UK. There are an assortment of museums and galleries including the Brighton Art Gallery and Museum and The Brighton Toy Model Museum. A varied collection of artists are located along the seafront which is known as Brighton Seafront Artists’ Quarter.
Nightlife is Brighton extraordinary and there are countless clubs and bars located all around Brighton and a few clubs located at the front of the beach including Honey Club and Life who have a student night on Monday! Whether you want to enjoy Live Music at North Laine or experience dub step, funk, R & B there are numerous clubs all within walkable distance located around the Town Centre and the Seafront.
Brighton has a vivacious social scene from day to night. During the day there are a variety of shops but the main shopping centre is in Churchill Square and most other shops are located in the heart of the City Centre. If you want to experience quirky boutiques, North Laine has a variety which sell unusual and eccentric items.
